1. The Marketplace
Fetch & Deliver is one marketplace for new merchandise, used equipment, and consigned specialty items. Some goods are sold by us directly; consigned goods are owned by a consignor and sold on commission.
2. Consignment
Consignors list items at no up-front cost. When a consigned item sells, the consignor receives the sale price minus our agreed commission. Consignors warrant they own or are authorized to sell every item and that all descriptions and photos are accurate.
3. New Merchandise & Custom Orders
Made-to-order and custom items require proof approval before production. Custom and personalized items are not returnable except for defects in materials or workmanship. You are responsible for reviewing proofs for errors.
4. Buying
Items are sold in the condition described. Used and consigned equipment is sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, freight, or taxes unless stated.
5. Payment
Payment is due at checkout. We may use third-party payment processors. Consignor funds are released after the transaction clears and the buyer confirms receipt.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or the commission earned on the specific consigned sale. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Prohibited Items
Items must be legal to sell, safely operable as described, and accurately represented. Stolen goods, hazardous materials, and anything that cannot lawfully be resold are prohibited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
